The Pool and Cabana Area was designed for luxury living, convenience, and functionality ... for your personal use or for entertaining. The pool and cabana are strategically located so it has a view of the lake. It includes a heated swimming pool, spa (hot tub), and cabana equipped with a cooking station, margarita machine (for mixing drinks or making soft ice cream), and a massive fireplace for cooler days/nights ... or to create a mood setting. Tables and chairs complement the setting. The cabana includes showers and indoor restrooms.

Melody Point has approximately one-half mile of shoreline on Grand Lake O' The Cherokees, 64 boat slips, and "Margaritaville" which is an entertaining area or place-to-relax on the docks. Out on the water, you are on a wooden deck where you can feel and hear the gentle lapping of the waves. Margaritaville is equipped with a grill, ice maker, sink, refrigerator, and fish cleaning station.
