An idea whose time has come ... it was an idea that had its birth almost a century and a half ago ... A summer migration from the noise and the crowds of the city to the restorative surroundings of the woods and the lake. It's an idea we went back to in designing Melody Point, located on the shore of Grand Lake in Northeast Oklahoma.

Luxury landscaping - six large tiered ponds connected with cascading waterfalls descend towards the lake. They are centered in a woodsy setting with wooded trails where you can feel the gentle breezes and hear the rustle of the many oak trees.
